This position (P5)<\/span> involved <\/span><\/strong>an extensive international experience assisting and advising Governments of (192) Member States, in civil and common law jurisdictions:<\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

a) in treaty-making, <\/span>l<\/span>aw and practice of treaties

<\/div>\n<\/span><\/p>\n

b) in the implementation of treaty obligations, drafting suitable implementing legislation <\/span>and state responsibility

<\/div>\n<\/span><\/p>\n

c) in the elaboration and negotiation of (hard- and soft-law) international standard-setting instruments: conventions, declarations, recommendations, principles

<\/div>\n<\/span><\/p>\n

d) in art and cultural property protection, restitution claims, cultural diplomacy

<\/div>\n<\/span><\/p>\n

e) legal expert and speaker in Paris (UNESCO HQ) and worldwide in meetings of policy and legal experts from Member States<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div>
